Licensed Conveyancer/Senior Property ParalegalThis firm, known for their client service and professional, approachable manner, has a unique opportunity for a highly confident Licensed Conveyancer to join the team.In this busy practice, you will have full file management and work closely with a team of Property specialists responsible for a range of services to clients, including assisting with the purchase and sale of property, large scale developments, off-the-plan matters, commercial property transactions, leasing, and providing property-related advice. Your duties will include:General file management across Conveyancing matters – Sale and Purchase files, as well as Sub Division and Large Scale Development mattersDiary managementPreparation and editing of Contracts and relevant documentation and correspondenceClient and financial institution liaisonExchange and settlement preparation (including settlement figure calculation)BillingConducting searches and enquiriesAttending to registration of documentationAd hoc duties as requiredThis role will suit someone who is an experienced Licensed Conveyancer or an experienced Senior Property Paralegal with hands-on exposure in managing matters.
