Kaz Conveyancing are recruiting an experienced full-time, permanent, licensed conveyancer or solicitor to join our growing, high performing and supportive team of senior lawyers, and administration staff.
Join our Sydney CBD team and work alongside our energetic and fast-paced team, to support our customers in their property matters, providing a first-class experience.

Responsibilities include: Review contracts and provide advice to clients Draft contracts and other legal documents Facilitate exchanges Provide first-class client care to onboard new clients Handle inbound and outbound client calls Arrange ID verification via InfoTrack Undertake property searches Reviewing and drafting settlement figures Liaising with clients, bankers, brokers, and agents Preparing and completing settlements via PEXA Completing lease transactions Skills and experience: Minimum of 2 years experience in conveyancing PEXA Experience is a must Knowledge of property laws and requirements Proficient in LEAP or similar system Strong customer service ethic and outcomes focus Accuracy & attention to detail Experience in residential conveyancing Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to prioritize and multitask Remuneration: 95k - 100k plus - based on skills and experience.
