We are looking for a commercial real estate sales agent to lead our efforts in representing landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers in our commercial transactions.
The ideal applicant will assist our clients in finding key investment properties and development opportunities.
Knowledge of the local real estate market and a knack for developing long-lasting business relationships are a must.
This position requires a current real estate license or the willingness and ability to get one.

Responsibilities Conduct market demographic, population, and environmental studies and present information to the buyer or seller to aid in their decision making processDevelop relationships that enhance the potential for future growthVisit sites with clients and explain the features of the buildings along with financial and analytical dataFollow up with all customer leads and requests in a timely and efficient manner to ensure superior customer serviceHandle client negotiations and transactions and ensure paperwork is filled out accurately and legallyQualifications Self motivated and self sufficientSome sense of marketing and advertising practicesSkilled in industry practices and lease languageProven negotiating and communication skillsCompensation $86,500.00 - $187,500.00 yearly
