Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Level 3 Senior Practitioner/Room Leader to join our team and manage our toddler room (1-2's).
As a Senior, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children in our nursery setting and managing and supporting your team.
You will report to the nursery manager with daily communications around ratios and children's development.

Responsibilities Create a safe and nurturing environment for children Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and learning experiences Support children's social, emotional, and cognitive development Monitor and record children's progress and development Communicate effectively with parents and provide regular updates on their child's day Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a smooth running of the nursery Maintain cleanliness and organization of the nursery Qualifications Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent Minimum Level 3 in childcare Previous experience working with young children in a nursery or childcare setting Knowledge of child development principles and practices Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work effectively as part of a team Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children If you are passionate about early childhood education and making a difference in the lives of young children, we would love to hear from you.
