You'll manage and execute projects, from new deployments to migrations and upgrades, ensuring seamless operations and high customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will mentor junior engineers, assist with escalations, and provide on-site support as needed. Your role will also include maintaining detailed documentation, managing backup and dashboard checks, and contributing to process improvements.What you will bring to the role:You will bring a foundation of knowledge across Level 2/3 systems and strong expertise in MS Windows servers, MS Exchange, Azure, and M365. You will have a broad understanding of Cisco and a passion for finding solutions.Bonus skillsets include Hyper-V, Virtualisation, and VOIP.A current C Class Drivers License is required.About working with Valrose - We listen.
