With the opportunity to engage in complex problem-solving and hands-on implementation, this role is perfect for someone eager to make a tangible impact.What you will be responsible for:You will be responsible for designing and architecting solutions and configuring and supporting a variety of hardware, software, and network systems. You'll manage and execute projects, from new deployments to migrations and upgrades, ensuring seamless operations and high customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will mentor junior engineers, assist with escalations, and provide on-site support as needed. Your role will also include maintaining detailed documentation, managing backup and dashboard checks, and contributing to process improvements.What you will bring to the role:You will bring a foundation of knowledge across Level 2/3 systems and strong expertise in MS Windows servers, MS Exchange, Azure, and M365. You will have a broad understanding of Cisco and a passion for finding solutions.Bonus skillsets include Hyper-V, Virtualisation, and VOIP.A current C Class Drivers License is required.About working with Valrose - We listen.
