Assistant Development Manager The Role: Lendlease is looking for an Assistant Development Manager to join the Elliot Springs team in a permanent position. As the Assistant Development Manager for Elliot Springs, you'll bring knowledge of the development cycle; including, but not limited to brief preparation, design management, planning, marketing, sales, procurement, delivery, settlements, hand-over and customer service.
About you: Reporting directly to the Senior Development Manager, you will be tertiary qualified in a related field as well as have previous experience ideally in land development, medium density and residential built form development and/or master planned residential projects.
A proactive, self-start attitude coupled with strong commercial acumen is essential. We are looking for someone that is focused on team and project performance and is aligned with our Corporate values.
