When you join Beyond Bank, you will work for a B Corp and be part of a friendly, inclusive, and supportive environment where you can continue progressing, no matter what stage of your career.Description: The RoleWe currently have an exciting opportunity to join our growing Mobile Banking team in ACT.The Mobile Banking team delivers exceptional customer service.As a Lending Support Administrator, you will work closely with the Mobile Bankers in the region to support the team and be responsible for supporting the service fulfilment of internal and external lead generation initiatives which aim to increase membership and product penetration.In the role you will:Provide assistance to Mobile Bankers in the area of mobile services to ensure that the customer service experience is positive.
Liaise with external parties on areas such as title transfers, contracts, and approval letters for mortgages.
Liaise with the Lending Operations department in relation to member loan documents and CRC Operations for account assistance.
Proactively engage with customers to develop long-lasting valued relationships built on trust, respect, loyalty, and placing customers at the centre of our business.
Follow up with member enquiries that are received in a timely fashion to ensure members are not inconvenienced.
When required, open new memberships that are referred from Mobile Bankers.

Skills and Experiences: About youYou are a good match if you have retail lending experience and a strong focus on customer service, possess excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload, work under pressure, and meet deadlines, and demonstrate strong attention to detail.Preferred qualifications include:Retail lending experience and an inherent customer focus.

Strong administrative experience.
Strong attention to detail.
