You will maintain and develop strong relationships with brokers and clients and will be responsible for managing the business lending process from loan origination through to settlement. You will contribute to giving our clients every chance of success with your "can do" attitude, energy and people skills.What you'll do:Lead nurture and enrichmentCredit assessmentDrafting Sales ProposalsManaging the loan settlement processOngoing client management, customer care and retentionWhat you'll bring with you:Highly motivated with an ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced high-volume environment within our collaborative teamPossess exceptional communication skills to maintain, nurture and build relationshipsA keen eye for numbers with an ability to analyze financial statements or desire to learnCurious mindset with a hunger for learning new skills.
