About this Position
The City of Gosnells is currently seeking a number of casual Customer Service Officers to join the customer-focused Leisure World team.
What We Are Looking For
To be successful, you must be able to demonstrate:
Experience in an aquatic or leisure centre environment (desirable)
Previous experience in delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced team environment
Knowledge and experience in cash handling and banking procedures
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with staff and customers from diverse backgrounds, both in person and over the phone
A positive and friendly attitude
Essential Requirements
Current Working with Children Check
Current First Aid certificate
National Police Clearance (no more than three months old). This is not essential to apply for the role but will be required at a later stage as it is an appointment condition.
