About the role: We currently have a fixed term opportunity for an Administration Officer to be based at the Geographe Leisure Centre.
Working 38 hours per week, this role reports to the Leisure Centres Coordinator.
This role will provide efficient administrative and financial support to the Coordinator and the Leisure Centres Team Leaders.
Tasks will include general administrative duties, customer service, financial receipting/reconciliation, database entry, meeting minutes and agendas.
The person: The successful applicant will align with our values and ideally have the following competencies:
Excellent time management and organisational skills.Well-developed numeracy and cash reconciliation skills.Well-developed computer literacy skills, including Point of Sale, Microsoft office Suite.Well-developed written, oral and communication skills.Ability to work in a team environment and also work independently.The successful applicant will be required to provide a National Police Clearance no more than six months old.
