Our client is a top-tier law firm with offices globally that advises many of the biggest and most ambitious organisations across the globe handling important transactions and disputes.
The Role
Rare opportunity to join this New Law team and winner of Legal Technology and Innovation Awards globally! Joining an established team you will be at the forefront of innovation - automation/AI/Data Analytics.
As the Analyst or Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering Digital Service to internal and external stakeholders of the firm and your duties will include among others:

Managing incoming digital service and support requests proactively. The use of low-code and no-code tools including automating legal documents, tasks and processes. Manipulating and analysing data using basic Excel functionalities, such as formulas, pivot tables, and data. Drafting documentation for solutions, including user guide, user stories, process guides etc. Reporting and financial management. You will have:
- Prior experience - 6 months' + in a professional services background preferably legal
- Programming knowledge - Python, JavaScript/HTML
- A real interest in technology - AI, automation, data analytics
- An ability to communicate professionally and at all levels
- Education - IT, Business Management/Commerce Finance or Law
- Be self-motivated along with the ability to work autonomously and in a large team
- Interested, engaged and keen to contribute with a high degree of professionalism
- Above all you must be passionate about developing a career in this field!
