Position: Legal Support Officer / ReceptionistDuration: 3 Months, Full time (Part time considered)Location: Gosford
Are you a proactive and organised individual looking for a short-term role? We're seeking a dynamic Temporary Receptionist to join our team for a 3 month contract.
Key Responsibilities: Handle phone calls, messages, and greet visitors at the doorPerform photocopying and printing tasksTab briefs and bundlesOrder and maintain stationery stockManage mail and courier dutiesAssist with archiving and prepare correspondenceRequirements: Strong organisational and communication skillsProficient in office software and equipmentAbility to handle multiple tasks efficientlyPrior experience in a reception or administrative role is advantageousPerfect fit for somebody studying in the Legal spaceIf you're detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you!
