The Office of Public Prosecutions (OPP) is seeking a dedicated and skilled Legal Support Officer to join our dynamic and supportive team.
About the role As a Legal Support Officer, you will be integral to the administration of complex and sensitive legal matters.
You'll work closely with solicitors and other professionals, ensuring that all relevant documentation is efficiently processed and accurate case files are maintained.

Key Responsibilities: * Provide legal and administrative support, including updating case management systems, maintaining and managing files, and preparing court documents.
* Assist in the preparation of legal briefs and eBriefs to counsel, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
* Liaise with stakeholders such as police, counsel, and government agencies, providing essential support across various case types.
* Assist with general administrative tasks, including managing phone inquiries, filing court documents, and responding to subpoenas.
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and enhance team effectiveness.
