Our Role

Our highly reputable Insurance and Risk team is seeking a full-time Legal Secretary with 4+ years' experience in defendant insurance, who is dedicated to providing exceptional support and bringing enthusiasm and passion to their role.

Working collaboratively in a team of three full-time Secretaries, supported by two part-time Secretaries, your key responsibilities will include:

taking telephone calls;arranging appointments and diary management;document compilation;invoicing;file management;other ad hoc administrative tasks.The ideal candidate will be proactive, have terrific attention to detail, and be willing to form part of a social but hard-working environment.
