The RoleWe are looking for a motivated and energetic legal secretary to join the firm's highly regarded Projects team. Key responsibilities include:
Amending, reformatting, and collating documentsExtensive file and diary managementArranging internal and external meetings, including travel requestsTime sheet entry and monthly billingUndertaking searches and research tasks when requiredRequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
2 years experience as a legal secretary in a mid or top tier law firmExperience supporting at Partner levelThe ability to manage time efficiently and use initiativeStrong communication skills (written and verbal)A proactive and enthusiastic approach to your work ethicCulture and BenefitsThe firm takes pride in offering further training and encourages career development.
