About the role:
As a key player in our legal operations, you will support a variety of legal and commercial functions, contributing to our mission of delivering affordable and innovative healthcare solutions to millions of Australians. Role & Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive support to the legal team in:Drafting, reviewing, and managing commercial contracts, including supplier agreements, NDAs, and distribution arrangements.Supporting corporate governance, intellectual property matters, and adherence to legal standards to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.Conducting thorough legal research on healthcare laws, industry standards, and regulatory frameworks such as TGA and PBS.Preparing and submitting regulatory filings and approvals efficiently to meet compliance requirements.Maintaining organised legal files and monitoring legislative updates to proactively inform the legal team's decisions.Reducing the administrative burden on lawyers by taking ownership of key operational and documentation tasks.Utilising expert-level Microsoft Word and Adobe skills to create, format, and manage professional legal documents with precision. Skills & Experience: Prior experience supporting a legal team is highly advantageous.Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry regulations, including TGA and PBS frameworks, is highly advantageous.Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.Proven ability to multitask effectively and manage competing priorities.Proficiency in legal research tools, document management systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and advanced Adobe skills.
