Key Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive administrative support to legal professionals specialising in Family Law.Draft and edit legal documents, including correspondence, pleadings, and agreements.Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.Maintain organised and accurate electronic and physical filing systems.Assist in the preparation and filing of court documents and pleadings.Communicate professionally and effectively with clients, colleagues, and external parties.Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with a high level of professionalism.Collaborate closely with the team to ensure efficient case management.Key Skills and Qualifications:Previous experience as a legal secretary for 2 + years, preferably with a focus on Family Law.Proficiency in using legal case management software and MS Office Suite.Exceptional organisational skills and high attention to detail.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to prioritise tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.Professional demeanour and a client-centric approach.Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures related to Family Law.Discretion in handling confidential information.This role offers a competitive salary of $80,000 including a benefits package while working in a collaborative supportive, fast-paced and inclusive work culture.
