Legal practice with offices in both Albury and Myrtleford We are seeking a suitably qualified applicant for the following position within a small legal firm with a friendly and professional environment.
Legal Secretary – Albury Office Full-Time (Part-time negotiable) Skills and experience: Telephone receptionDictaphone transcription and accurate typing skillsGeneral Administration supportAttention to detail and proof-reading skillsSound knowledge of Microsoft OfficeWorking with our solicitors and conveyancing team to support them with files and client management.Good communication skills which will include direct liaison with a wide range of clients and service providersElectronic diary managementKnowledge of legal software such as LEAP and PEXA would be desirableWages will be negotiated as per award.
