Construct Law Group Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join our dynamic team in Mitchelton, QLD.
As a Legal Secretary (Construction Law), you will play a vital role in supporting our legal professionals and ensuring the efficient operation of our construction law practice.
What You'll Be Doing Providing administrative and secretarial support to legal professionals, including diary management, scheduling meetings, and organising travel arrangementsPreparing and formatting legal documents, such as contracts, letters, and court documents, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detailLiaising with clients, external parties, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and timely responsesMaintaining electronic and physical filing systems to ensure documents are organised and easily accessibleProviding general office support, such as answering phone calls, managing incoming mail, and ordering suppliesWhat We're Looking For Preferably 2 years' experience as a legal secretary or in another administration roleExcellent typing and proofreading skills with a high degree of accuracyStrong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlinesProficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and OutlookExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse range of clients and stakeholdersA professional, discreet, and reliable approach to handling confidential informationWhat We Offer Opportunities for professional development and career advancementSupportive and collaborative work environmentAbout Us Construct Law Group Pty Ltd is a leading boutique law firm specialising in construction law.
