The Role

This position provides high-level administrative support to a Partner and team of Lawyers within the growing Banking and Finance team. To be successful in this role, you will have a minimum of 2 years of experience within a similar role.
Your duties will include: File management - opening and closing files and filing/e-filingMonthly billing and reportingClient liaisonAcknowledge emails on behalf of the legal teamConduct conflict searchesPreparation of legal documents and drafting correspondenceDiary and travel management including booking appointmentsGeneral PA and Secretarial support to the partner and team.About You: To be considered for this role, you will have a minimum of 5 years of experience providing legal support. You will also be able to demonstrate the below skills and qualities:
