The Role We have an exciting opportunity for the right person to promote and represent the values of the firm through professional and warm interactions with Foye Legal clients and stakeholders, whether that be face to face or over the telephone.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for word processing and document production support to our team of friendly lawyers as well as provide administrative assistance to the Practice Manager.
Duties Meeting and greeting visitors in reception Answering phone calls and redirecting or taking messages Providing administrative support to the Practice Manager Typing of dictation Providing backup administration support to our lawyers and leadership team Managing incoming and outgoing mail Ordering stationery and other supplies Liaising with clients, medical professionals, lawyers and barristers Arranging appointments and managing diaries Providing training to our junior office clerk trainee Skills & Experience Excellent presentation Excellent written and oral communication skills Proven experience in a reception or administrative role Experience in Microsoft applications Ability to work autonomously and show initiative Great organisational and prioritisation abilities Desirable but not essential Familiarity with Evolve Go/Smokeball practice software Experience with transcribing dictation Contact To apply for this role, please send your resume to Lauren Mc Donald-Pappot at ****** or for a confidential discussion regarding this role please call 02 4228 0***.
