In this role, you will ensure our product aligns with legal standards, industry regulations, and client needs. You'll be part of a small, collaborative team where, day to day, you'll dive into our configuration tools that help build out content for our clients. You'll also have regular client chats, gathering feedback on the types of content they expect to see within Smokeball, including automation and precedent forms. If you are ready to lay down the law, passionate about innovation, and love working in a collaborative team environment, this opportunity is for you!Key Responsibilities:You will work closely with your fellow legal product specialists to create, import, and automate legal forms, matter types, and precedents.Conduct feedback calls with clients and assist with queries in our CRM systems, focusing on specific matter types.Become a subject matter expert and offer assistance to Smokeball Australia.Collaborate with product managers and engineers, providing legal expertise and translating legal processes into product features.Gather feedback from clients to understand their legal pain points and suggest product improvements to address their needs.Educate internal teams and clients on how to use our product within legal frameworks and provide updates on changes in legal standards.Research and monitor State and Federal changes to Duties, Rates, and Fees to ensure layouts within Smokeball product automation and matter types are kept up to date.What we are looking for:1-2 years of experience in the legal industryUnderstanding of family law, conveyancing, personal injury law, and commercial lawEnjoy collaborating with multiple teamsPassionate about learning and asking the right questions, ready to thrive in a dynamic environment.What's in it for you?Wellbeing allowanceBe part of a forward-thinking company that is transforming the legal industry.Office lunches and loads of snacksAnd of course...the SWAG!*Smokeball is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to providing an open, welcoming environment for everyone.
