Role Purpose
: OurATSILS Rockhampton Office is seeking a dedicated Criminal Law LegalPractitioner who is passionate about social justice. As one of Queensland'slargest legal practices, we offer a dynamic opportunity for extensive courtwork, allowing you to advocate in a variety of courts, including circuit workand youth jurisdiction.
About You:
You must be admitted as a LegalPractitioner in Queensland and hold (or be eligible for immediate acquisitionof) a current Practising Certificate. You will demonstrate a high level ofprofessional service in all aspects of Criminal Law, covering both adult andyouth jurisdictions. A current Driver Licence and willingness to drive for workare essential. Ideally, you will have a minimum of two years full-timepost-admission experience, resilience to handle complex cases, and the abilityto develop culturally sensitive service skills.
