About You: You must be admitted as a Legal Practitioner in Queenslandor hold (or be eligible for immediate acquisition of) a current Practising Certificate and be admitted as a Legal Practitioner or Barrister of the Supreme Court of Queensland and the Australian High Court.
You should demonstrate ahigh level of professional service and capacity across a wide range of Family Law, Domestic Violence, and (after training) Child Protection advocacy.
Ideally, you will have a minimum of two years of full-timeexperience, resilience in handling complex cases, including Domestic Violenceand Child Protection work, and the ability to develop culturally competentservice skills.
Key Responsibilities: In this role, you will engage directly with clients daily,honing your advocacy skills within a busy team.
