About the role We have an opportunity for a motivated Legal Practice Administrator to join our growing team based in Robina.
This exciting role will see you assisting members of your allocated team and working with the other Legal Practice Administrators to provide seamless support across the business.
You will be enthusiastic and pragmatic in your approach, possess excellent communication skills and have a keen eye for detail and excellent time management skills.
A commitment to investing in our key practice areas, learning the work that we do and executing on getting that work done is what we are looking for in the ideal candidate.
Key Duties: Preparing briefs and court books; Drafting general correspondence and documents; Proof reading and formatting complex documents; Direct client calls and client liaison; Diary management; Closing matters and archiving; Providing other general support to Partners, Lawyers and Paralegals as required.
Skills, Knowledge & Experience: Minimum one year previous experience as a personal assistant, team assistant or legal assistant within the legal industry; Excellent attention to detail together with strong verbal and written communication skills; A willingness to learn, positive approach and strong initiative; Advanced skills in the MS Office suite (specifically Word, Excel & Power Point).
