Your expertise will be utilized to conduct legal matters including appearing in Racing Appeal Tribunal matters in accordance with instructions, legislative requirements, and the Commission's policies, procedures, guidelines, and precedents.The key challenges of this role include providing advisory services to manage legal risks in a dynamic and sometimes volatile environment. You will be tasked with prioritizing your workload amidst challenging workloads and competing deadlines.
