We're now looking for a Lawyer to join our in-house legal team, where you'll play a key role in supporting our diverse portfolio of residential, commercial, retail, and hospitality projects.
What You'll Do: Lead Legal Support: Oversee the legal aspects of large-scale property developments, from acquisition and financing, leasing, and sale.Drive Strategic Transactions: Advise on acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, and key corporate transactions that shape our business.Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure the success of our projects. You'll be at the heart of Frasers Property's diverse business units, advising on a wide range of legal issues.Navigate Complex Issues: Provide legal guidance on regulatory matters, dispute resolution, and compliance issues, with a focus on providing practical, business-minded solutions.What We're Looking For: 8+ PQE in property development / real estate law, preferably gained within top tier and / or inhouse roles.A strong commercial mindset and the ability to provide practical, risk-aware legal advice to drive business decisions.A collaborative approach with the ability to engage with stakeholders across multiple departments.Exceptional drafting and negotiation skills, with an eye for detail and a focus on quality and efficiency.At Frasers Property Australia, you won't just be part of a legal team—you'll be part of our vision to create communities that people love to live, work, and play in.
