Market leading international automotive companyVaried in-house role offering close interaction with the businessAttractive remuneration package with unique benefitsAbout our clientOur client is a high profile and market leading international automotive company.About the roleDue to growth, two excellent opportunities have arisen for a 3–8-year PQE commercial lawyer in this varied and hands on in-house role.Reporting to a supportive and highly experienced General Manager, Legal, you will negotiate, draft and review a range of commercial agreements including sales, marketing and sponsorship agreements. You will also advise the business divisions of this major international car company on a variety of legal areas including corporate governance, regulatory compliance and intellectual property. In this varied role, you will be involved in reviewing advertising and marketing material and advise on competition and consumer law, franchising matters, privacy and data protection, property law, product liability and insurance matters.About youYou will be an approachable, customer and solutions focused commercial lawyer with 3-8 years' PQE. An interest in cars and the automotive industry is preferable for this business facing role.Any prior experience in privacy, data protection, property and franchising will be highly desirable.
