6-8 years' PQEGeneralist in-house commercial role with a global organisationCollaborative and diverse environment, flexible/hybrid workingAbout the clientOur client is a global organisation and an employer of choice with a dynamic, collaborative in-house legal team recognised for providing high quality and commercially focused legal services.About the roleA commercial lawyer with 6-8 years' experience is sought to join this high-profile organisation's in-house legal team.Reporting to the Head of Legal, you will work closely with senior stakeholders nationally and regionally. Your key responsibility will be the drafting, review and negotiation of complex commercial contracts.You will also support the business with ad hoc legal queries and deliveradvice on a variety of commercial legal issues such as intellectual property, information security, liability, and risk mitigation.About youIdeally you will have 6-8 years PQE, and commercial law experience gained in a reputable law firm or in-house. You will possess strong commercial acumen and proven expertise in contract drafting and negotiation.Additionally, you will have excellent communication skills as well as the ability to work autonomously and contribute as part of a team.What this role offers youThis role offers the opportunity to join a global organisation in a broad, generalist commercial in-house role.
