7-10 years' PQESuccessful healthcare company, quality productsOpportunity to collaborate with APAC and global legal teamsAbout the companyOur client is a world leading supplier of products and services for renal disease and owns a global network of clinics and product distribution centres.About the roleWorking for both the ANZ products and clinics sides of the business, your responsibilities will include:Providing legal advice in relation to commercial, regulatory, compliance, operational and strategic matters.Contract negotiations and working with external advisers on IR and property related matters.Manage potential disputes (patient and employee claims).Support corporate governance, company secretarial, M&A and data privacy matters.Work as part of a cross functional team on projects and initiatives.Participate and collaborate with Asia Pacific and Global legal teams.About youThe role will suit a commercial lawyer with 7-10 years' experience who is seeking variety in an interesting and rewarding in-house role. Any exposure to health law or privacy would be highly regarded.
