We are currently looking for an In-House Legal Counsel to join our Legal team in the Perth Head Office in a Full-time capacity.
About the role

Support the legal function across the business on a range of corporate and commercial matters including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, commercial contract reviews and negotiations, financial services, leasing, and franchising.
Work closely with Senior leaders on strategic transactions for domestic and international operations.
Provide professional and prompt advice on all legal matters and guidance to the business.
Build and maintain relationships across the business in support of the legal department's interaction with other business units including external stakeholders.

About you

Bachelor of Laws or equivalent degree.
Current Australian Practising Certificate.
Minimum of 4 years post-qualification experience in a law firm or in-house role.
Experience and proficiency in corporate and general commercial law (advantageous).
