The legal team is highly valued by the business for its excellence in providing quality legal and regulatory services. As a portfolio company of one of Australia's largest private equity funds, this organisation is on a significant growth trajectory. About the role Reporting to a supportive General Counsel, you will be responsible for assisting with corporate transactional and commercial matters. Your role will be varied, but will include advising on: M&A, including due diligence, drafting transaction documents and closing transactions. Post acquisition integration. Commercial and operational contracts. About you You will have 5+ years' PQE with experience in corporate advisory matters, commercial transactions, and/or M&A. Any secondment or in-house experience will be highly regarded. You will be an enthusiastic self-starter with an ability to work autonomously in a commercial environment.
