RATCH-Australia Corporation Pty Limited (RAC) seeks a Legal Counsel to join our growing team of experienced and talented professionals. The role will support the company's exciting wind, solar and battery growth plans and the operation of our large portfolio of existing wind, solar and thermal generators.Our businessRAC has more than 1.8GW of renewable energy and battery projects under development, with a large operating portfolio of over 1.6GW wind, solar and thermal power assets around Australia. RAC is owned by RATCH Group PCL (RATCH), Thailand's largest energy project developer and asset operator. RATCH is listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand and has assets across Asia.The positionThe position is a Legal Counsel role based at our North Sydney office.
