This role is your chance to provide expert legal advice, propose innovative solutions, and help shape policies that minimize legal and commercial risk.Key Responsibilities:Provide legal advice to the organization as requiredReview, draft, and negotiate contracts and other legal documentsDevelop, implement, and update relevant legal policies and guidelinesImplement and refine legal policies and guidelinesRepresent KONE before judicial tribunals, governmental agencies, and in dispute resolution proceedingsFocus on preventing legal and contractual issuesMonitor changes in laws and regulations and advise on their impact on KONE.Maintain and coordinate contacts with external lawyers and related advisorsFoster strong connections with colleagues within KONE to share best practices and understand current and future needsCollaborate with business colleagues to achieve targeted business results and provide training on legal areasWhat are we looking for?Tertiary level qualifications in Bachelor of Law or equivalent and a valid Legal Practising CertificateMinimum 3-4 years of post-qualification experience with a multinational corporation or a reputable law firmStrong understanding of construction or projects and associated risk profiles, commercial and business acumen, and relevant legal practicesSelf-motivated, accountable, autonomous, and collaborativeExcellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skillsIf you are a proactive legal professional with a strong commercial focus and excellent communication skills, we would love to hear from you.
