On account of continued growth, a brand new opportunity has arisen for a passionate and innovative lawyer to join the organisation's welcoming and collaborative in-house legal team in Melbourne's CBD. This position will assist in navigating the complexities of education regulation, ensuring compliance and advocating for best practice.
The position reports to a Senior Legal Counsel and provides plenty of senior stakeholder engagement and interaction, as well as the opportunity to contribute to critical projects that influence educational policies and enhance student outcomes.
The successful candidate will be a commercially focused lawyer with a minimum of 2 years' PQE from a well-regarded commercial practice or in-house environment, together with experience advising on regulatory issues. We are particularly interested to hear from those with experience advising on regulatory issues within the higher education sector; those without sector experience will also be considered.
