This role involves supporting the executive management team with precise legal guidance, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory standards, and safeguarding the company's interests in all contractual dealings. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will play a crucial role in contract lifecycle management, compliance oversight, and dispute resolution, aligning legal practices with the company's dedication to high standards.Key Responsibilities:Draft, review, and manage contracts for construction projects, including negotiations, amendments, and enforcement of terms.Ensure all project documentation complies with legal, regulatory, and company standards.Advise the executive management team on legal matters impacting the business, particularly regarding regulatory changes.Oversee and resolve legal disputes, including managing mediation and litigation related to construction.Maintain and manage legal document templates, ensuring records are current for ongoing compliance.What you'll need to succeedYou bring strong expertise in property and contract law with a deep understanding of compliance, ideally within the construction industry.
