About the Role
Responsibilities include:
Reviewing and drafting commercial contracts, marketing collateral and assisting with policy reviews and training materialsWorking closely with the Head of Legal, Risk and Compliance and other functional headsProviding accurate and timely legal advice concerning the business's investment management activities, regulatory affairs, corporate transactions, litigation, investigations, corporate administration, business operations and governance matters About You
You have:
Relevant legal qualifications and current practising certificateBetween 2-7PQE with experience within the funds management space or broader banking and finance legal experienceAboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples are encouraged to apply.
