Your new role
Sitting within a collaborative, supportive legal team, your duties will include but not be limited to:
Providing trusted and sensible advice on employee relations and conduct related matters and investigations.Providing oral and written legal advice to stakeholders on a range of employment and people related matters, projects and policies, investigations and disputes.Drafting employment related documents such as contracts and policies/processes.Delivering training/presentations.Monitoring legal and regulatory changes, and developing flexible, creative and innovative solutions to business problems.Reporting to internal stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.Providing focused and pragmatic solutions to address legal risk and business problems.What you'll need to succeed Admitted to practice as a lawyer in Australia.Ideally, a minimum of 3 - 5 years PAE practicing in employment law with experience gained in a reputable mid/top tier firm and/or similar large corporation.Experience working within teams of lawyers and supporting and consulting senior lawyers.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to identify and consider critical issues and assess and articulate legal risks.What you'll get in return Accelerate your in-house career by joining a high-performing legal team with a global leader.Work for a family-friendly company that offers a flexible work environment and work from home arrangement.A supportive, collaborative team culture with excellent leadership.An attractive salary package with discretionary bonus.Join a company that is going through a lot of exciting change.Lots of variety in your workload.What you need to do now
