A global Construction & Engineering organisation has partnered with Elevate and is seeking a Legal Counsel to join their in-house Legal team in Sydney, NSW (candidates from Melbourne and Brisbane may also be considered).

Role Overview:
Reporting to the Head of Legal, you will provide strategic legal advice to business units and senior leadership, representing the company in major bids and contracts (ECIs, MCCs, EPC/EPCMs, D&C, Alliances, and JVs) in sectors including rail, road, defense, energy, and transport.
You will manage legal services for significant projects and support all legal aspects from EOI to contract finalisation.
About You:
Must have 6-12 years of post-admission experience, preferably with an in-house legal team.
Possess strong practical skills and expertise in advising on and negotiating various types of contracts.
Be pragmatic and practical in your approach while also being solution-oriented.
Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a strong desire to succeed.
