Your Expertise: Highly accomplished legal professional with 4+ years of post-admission experience, ideally with in-house legal expertise. Exceptional business judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills, complemented by a self-motivated approach and the ability to work autonomously with high accountability. Comfortable advising the business on novel legal issues facing our business, including in foreign jurisdictions (with the help of local counsel). Significant depth of experience in corporate work, commercial negotiation, and contract drafting. Expertise in one or more of the following areas: -M&A and post-integration -Experience advising on competition regulatory matters Current NSW practising certificate (or equivalent in another Australian jurisdiction). Fluency in additional languages beyond English is a bonus (not essential) reflecting the global nature of our operations.
