Legal Counsel - Banking And Finance

You will be joining a global alternative investment management firm as a Legal Counsel in either Sydney or Melbourne within a growing and dynamic legal team.

About the role Responsibilities include;
Providing legal advice in relation to transactions including in relation to deal structure, reviewing documents, instructing, and liaising with external solicitors as necessaryDrafting and implementing legal policies, procedures, and training materialsAbout you Minimum 3PQE within financial services or in a law firmUnderstanding of legislation, procedures and documentationStrong background in funds management and/or general banking and finance lawAboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples are encouraged to apply.
