About the clientOur client is a rapidly growing global organisation with a dynamic, collaborative culture.
About the roleReporting to the Head of Legal for APAC, you will work closely with senior stakeholders nationally and regionally. Your key responsibility will be the drafting, review and negotiation of complex commercial contracts.
You will also support the business with ad hoc legal queries and deliver advice on a variety of legal issues such as employment, regulatory, privacy and risk.
About youIdeally you will have 5-10 years PQE, and commercial law experience gained in a reputable law firm or in-house. You will possess strong commercial acumen and proven expertise in contract drafting and negotiation.
Additionally, you will have excellent communication skills as well as the ability to work autonomously and contribute as part of a team.
