We are on the lookout for a
Legal & Secretarial Coordinator
to join our busy team based in North Sydney on a hybrid basis.
The position is to provide administrative support for Legal and Company Secretarial operations.
Reporting to the Chief Legal & Risk Officer, this position is unique in that it sits across the Legal & Compliance team as well as the Board and works very closely with Directors and other key stakeholders, providing administrative support with a large variety of duties.
The role could see you preparing pro forma documents, such as board minutes, or supporting the Chief Legal & Risk Officer with M&A transactions, coordinating documents and schedules, or maintaining the Board and governance schedule including Board and committee meetings.
Additionally, you could be booking meeting rooms, arranging catering, checking Board availability, and arranging for signing of documents.
The opportunity would suit somebody who has an exceptional and professional work ethic and is well presented from a corporate standpoint.
Ideally, we would be looking for somebody who has around five years' experience and perhaps been an EA in a previous role, who is incredibly organised, with experience juggling multiple priorities and the ability to adjust to accommodate accordingly.
