The Role: As a Legal Assistant in the TMT team, you will provide essential support to a Partner, assisting with: Diary and calendar management. Billing and invoicing tasks. Managing travel arrangements and event coordination when needed. Document preparation and general administrative support. Assisting with other legal assistants on tasks such as event planning when capacity allows. You'll have the opportunity to step up, take ownership of your responsibilities, and make a real impact on the day-to-day operations of a busy team. The team is friendly and approachable, and the role offers flexibility, including one day of work from home each week. The Applicant: The ideal candidate will have: 2+ years of Legal Assistant experience (those with 18 months of experience will also be considered). Strong experience with diary management and billing. Exceptional organisational and communication skills. A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to help where needed. A team player mindset, ready to work collaboratively with other legal assistants in the team.
