The Role
An exciting opportunity awaits a dedicated and experienced Legal Assistant to join this dynamic and fast-paced Technology team. As a critical part of the practice, the Legal Assistant will provide vital support to senior team members and play an active role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
This role includes:
Drafting correspondence to clients. Managing files. Handling monthly billing and reporting. Liaising with clients. Performing various administrative tasks. With ample room for growth, this role is ideal for someone looking to build long-term relationships and deepen their skills within a high-performing team.
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will bring:
At least 3 years of experience as a Legal Assistant in a reputable law firm. Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines. Excellent written and oral communication skills, with confidence engaging with professionals across the legal industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT, with an eagerness to learn and adapt. A proactive and detail-oriented approach, along with a commitment to providing exceptional support to the team. While experience in IP or IT law is not required, a strong background in other respected practice areas and a desire to expand into new areas are essential.
