We are looking for an experienced Legal Assistant to support two partners within the projects team.
Key responsibilities include: Diary and inbox managementBilling, time recording, expense management and reportingPreparation of correspondence and Court documentsFiling and service of Court documentsInfotrack searches (property searches; ASIC searches, etc)Assisting with telephone enquiries and ability to develop relationships internally and externallyMatter management including opening and closing files, archiving, electronic filing, and physical filingEvent management and travel bookingsRequired skills and experience: Exceptional organisational skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work independentlyAdvanced knowledge of Outlook, MS Word, Excel and PowerPointAdvanced knowledge of CMS Aderant or other finance related softwareAdvanced knowledge of NetDocuments or other document management software.At Corrs, we help you achieve your ambition - at every stage of your career.
