About the role Providing administrative support directly to Partners, senior Lawyers and their extended junior team, while skilfully triaging tasks from multiple authors.Managing finance requirements, including high volume end of month invoicing, processing supplier invoices, arranging trust payments, and comprehensive debtors management.Facilitating the life cycle of a matter, including opening new matters, undertaking conflict checks, ensuring compliance with major client requirements, maintaining the electronic file, actioning write offs, file closing and archiving.Diligence in day-to-day tasks including answering calls, processing incoming mail, preparing simple correspondence, corresponding with clients, completing ad hoc printing tasks, and large volumes of outgoing mail.Maintaining a friendly and professional demeanour while liaising with clients, third parties, national team members, and inter-department teams. A high level of written and spoken communication skills is required.About you Background in legal administration is preferred; general office experience considered for the right candidate.An enthusiastic team player committed to providing a high level of administrative support to various members of our team.Organised, efficient and able to multi-task and time manage while working in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.Conscientious and discreet in relation to the highly sensitive nature of information handled by the team.Polite and professional in communication with various internal and external parties.Skilled with Outlook and the Microsoft Suite; knowledge of iManage or other file management software is desired.Knowledge of Elite or other enterprise finance software is desired.Why DentonsDentons Australia offers a wide range of incentives aimed at embracing your authenticity, providing purpose, and strengthening your ongoing development.
