Personal Assistant - Statutory Insurance Join a prestigious international law firm in search of an outstanding Personal Assistant to offer support within their Statutory Insurance team. This full-time, ongoing role provides an exceptional working environment and numerous opportunities for professional development.
The Role As an experienced Personal Assistant, you will excel in managing lawyers at both senior and junior levels. You will play a vital role in supporting 2 dynamic Partners and a high-performing team, contributing significantly to the success of the Statutory Insurance practice group. Some of your key duties will involve:
Drafting of legal documents, letters, and correspondence File management tasks, including matter opening and conflict checking Preparation and submission of reports and presentation materials Monthly billings, invoicing processing, and fee agreement checks Proactively managing diaries and calendars Preparing meetings, appointments, and conferences, ensuring accurate minute-taking Coordinating and confirming venue bookings and travel arrangements Answering phone calls, taking messages, and liaising with clients in a confident manner Liaising with other departments within the firm as required Other additional ad-hoc duties. To be successful in this role, you will have at least 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant. Prior experience working in Statutory Insurance will be highly regarded. You will also be able to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:
Experience with providing administrative support to Partners/Executives Exceptional Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook skills Experience with electronic filing systems, iManage and Aderant preferred Excellent organisational and time management skills Strong stakeholder management and communication capabilities A high level of attention to detail Discretion and professionalism A willingness to learn and adapt to new responsibilities.
