About the Role You will be the right-hand person to two successful solicitors who consistently receive outstanding client feedback. Your primary goal will be to handle the administrative tasks so they can focus on what they do best—representing clients and achieving the best possible outcome for them. You will assist with legal research, preparing briefings and court documents, managing client relationships, and overseeing billing processes. We have invested in excellent systems, processes, and technology solutions to help you excel in your role.
About You We are searching for a proactive Legal Assistant who can anticipate challenges and provide effective solutions. To succeed in this role, you will need:
3-4+ years as a Legal Assistant in Family Law, with a strong background in preparing court documents, briefs, and e-filing OR a second or third year law student that is available to work a minimum of 4 days per week.Proficiency in legal research, including property, finance, and company-related searches.Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and experience with LEAP or similar legal software.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.Competence in managing all aspects of the monthly billing process, including time recording and handling billing queries.Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and administrative abilities, including diary, file, and document management.What's in it for You?
