Full time or part time maximum term position up to 12 months This role is a parental leave replacement position Salary based on experience, range: $62,123 - $76,425 (pro rata) plus super Up to $15,900 in salary packaging and hybrid WFH & office model About the role:Victoria Legal Aid (VLA) is seeking an engaged and client focused person to join our team in Gippsland. The Gippsland team comprises of staff across our Morwell and Bairnsdale offices; however this position can be based at either location. At times you may need to travel to other offices for training. Reporting to the Administrative Services Manager, you will provide essential administrative support to our lawyers, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. About you:As our ideal candidate, you will possess: Strong administrative skills, showcasing exceptional organisation, prioritisation, and the capability to thrive working in a busy environment. Demonstrated ability to deliver client-focused services in complex, confidential, and sensitive settings. Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication across diverse backgrounds.
